Delivery times & shipping costs
We operate with a wide range of carriers, offer free shipping from certain price points, and are able to ship world wide. Packages are dispatched within 0-24 hours on business days, and all packages are sent with tracking information via email.
Our warehouse is located in The Netherlands.
PRE-ORDERS:
We may offer pre-orders on selected styles during promotions. You will find an indication of the shipping time on each product page, in the cart & checkout as well as your email confirmation.
When ordering a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item in one order, the entire order will only ship when the pre-ordered items are ready too. If both items in your basket are over €89, you are eligible for separate, free shipping. Submit your request by contacting us.

We ship with "Delivery Duties Paid", meaning import taxes are on us.
Returns & Exchanges
We happily offer returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and aim to process returning orders within 1-3 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
We handle exchanges for free. Refunds are costly for the planet, and for us. Therefore we charge €5 shipping costs for refunds - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.

You will need:
- Order number.You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us, it starts with a #.
- The email address you placed the order with.
Exchanging for another size, colour or fit is free for all orders, also for bundles.
If you decide to return one or more items from the bundle for a refund, we refund the discounted price you paid for the product(s).
We aim to handle all returns within 1-3 business days of their arrival to our warehouse.
